Terms
Last updated 15 September 2026
- The service is free, needs no account, and is provided as is.
- The invoices you make are yours. What they say is your responsibility.
- This is a document generator, not legal, accounting or tax advice.
- Nothing is stored on our side, so a PDF you have downloaded is the only copy.
Who runs this service
This site is operated by Mikhael Benjamin Santoso, reachable at[email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means anyone using the site.
Accepting these terms
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. They should be read together with our privacy policy.
What the service is
An invoice generator: you fill in a form, the document builds itself, and you can download it as a PDF. It is free to use and requires no registration or payment.
Because it is free and unattended, we make no promise that it will be available at any particular time. We may change how it works, add or remove features, or stop offering it entirely, at any point and without notice.
Your invoices are yours
We claim no ownership of anything you type into the form or upload as a logo. We do not store your invoices, and we use the data you send only to render the PDF you asked for, as described in the privacy policy.
That cuts both ways: a downloaded PDF is the only copy that exists. We keep no archive, no history and no backup, so we cannot re-send, restore or recover a document for you — not after a cleared browser, a lost device, or a deleted file. Keep your own copies.
What is in your invoice is your responsibility
Everything the document says comes from you: business and client details, tax identifiers, descriptions, quantities, rates, totals, currency and payment terms. We do not check any of it, and we take no position on whether a stated amount is owed or whether you are entitled to bill it.
Please check the finished PDF before you send it. Verify the arithmetic, the tax treatment and the numbering against your own records.
Not legal, accounting or tax advice
This is a formatting tool, not a professional adviser. Nothing here is legal, accounting or tax advice, and we do not warrant that a document produced by this service satisfies the invoicing, VAT, e-invoicing or record-keeping rules of any country. Those rules differ by jurisdiction and change over time. If compliance matters to your business, have your accountant or lawyer confirm it.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- use the service to produce fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful documents, or to impersonate another business or person;
- send automated or scripted traffic to the renderer, or try to exhaust, overload or disrupt it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or any system connected to it;
- work around the request limits described below.
The renderer applies limits on how many documents may be produced in a given period, and how many at once. If you reach one, the service refuses the request and tells you when to try again. We may block traffic that appears abusive, without notice.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, nor that a generated document will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost business, lost or unrecoverable documents, or losses arising from errors in a generated invoice or from the service being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
